About Me
You found my site, Welcome! My Name is Jeremy Barr and I live outside of Philadelphia, PA. I have been teaching myself computer programming in every language I find useful since I was about 12 years old (ever heard of QBASIC?). In my free time I'm a web developer and web designer.
I love to work with the Arduino microcontroller and the Raspberry Pi computer. My lastest project involves creating a solar powered weather station using an ESP8266 Thing dev board, collect local weather data then present the downloadable data within interactive graphs at weather.frozencreeks.com.
This site and my other sites are fully hosted on my home LEMP server and SSL encryption from Let's Encrypt.
